What is an ATS?
ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is software that companies use to filter resumes before a human ever sees them. Many resumes get filtered out before reaching a recruiter. Systems like Taleo, Workday, and Greenhouse parse your resume text to extract information - and if they can't parse it properly, you may get filtered out.
How accurate is this simulation?
We use open-source resume parsing tools and AI to analyze your resume similarly to how ATS systems work. We check for common parsing issues like tables, multi-column layouts, headers/footers, and formatting that can cause problems. While no tool can perfectly replicate every ATS, we help identify issues that commonly cause problems.
Is it really free?

Is my resume stored?
No. We analyze your resume, generate your report, and discard the original file. We only store the analysis results (score, issues, etc.), not your actual resume content.
